Rust-Oleum Clean & Etch is an etching solution used to clean and degrease bare concrete surfaces to improve penetration and adhesion of coatings, paints, stains and sealants.
- After use, rinse thoroughly (3 times) to ensure no etch remains on the surface prior to coating
- Interior/exterior use
- Neutralizes the pH of the concrete
- Safe to use near plants and grass
