Orders placed before 11:00 AM Eastern on business days are generally processed the same day when inventory is available.
Free shipping applies to eligible orders over $1,395 shipping from an available warehouse within your region. Oversized, hazardous, chemical, special-order, or freight-only items may require separate freight handling.
If an order requires a warehouse transfer, freight quote, or shipping-cost adjustment, CleanerUpProducts will contact you before final processing so you can approve the cost or choose another option.
Returns
Please contact customer service before returning any product. Include your order number, contact information, and a short description of the issue so we can review the request and provide return instructions.
Returned items must be unused, in resalable condition, and in original packaging unless the return is due to damage, shipping error, or another issue confirmed by CleanerUpProducts.
Some chemical, hazardous, special-order, clearance, or opened items may not be returnable. Approved refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected.
Damaged Or Incorrect Shipments
Inspect deliveries promptly. If an item arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact customer service as soon as possible with photos and order details so we can help resolve the shipment.
