PRO CLEANSE BC

PRO CLEANSE BC is designed to deep clean masonry surfaces, including brick, limestone, granite and porous concrete surfaces. Pro Cleanse BC is most effective as a building restoration cleaner, and is often used as a secondary rinse to neutralize first step acid cleaners. When used on concrete, Pro Cleanse BC will remove carbon, oil, tire and other stains. It will brighten the concrete following removal of soils, giving a fresh restored look. Effective neutralizer for acids used in high rise restoration prior to rinsing to create a neutral overspray.

PRO CLEANSE BC can be used with a pressure washer, brush or low-pressure sprayer application using either hot or cold water. Protect adjacent and surrounding surfaces not intended to be cleaned.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Optimum dilution of this product is 1 part chemical to 4 parts water when applied up or down stream with a pressure washer or low pressure spray applicator. For tough concrete stains, may be used without dilution.

Do not allow product to dry on a hot surface. Water softeners are built into the product; water pretreatment is generally not necessary. Test a small surface prior to cleaning to determine compatibility before broad based use. Allow surface to dry thoroughly before evaluating final appearance and results.

For Brushless Cleaning: Use PRO CLEANSE BC with two quick applications, which should lead to complete soil release. Use no less than 1,000 psi. Craftsmanship determines the appropriate pressures for rinsing. When cleaning with pressure washers, set the metering valve at desired dilution rate, clean from the bottom up and rinse from the top down.
