SEAL-ONCE Multi-Surface Cleaner deep cleans and prepares exterior wood and concrete surfaces before applying SEAL-ONCE waterproofer, sealer, and stain products. For use on exterior projects such as: decks, docks, patios, fences, siding, pavers, brick, shingles and shake roofs, outdoor furniture and more. The concentrate formula makes up to 4 gallons and covers up to 1,000 sq. ft. on wood and 1,200 sq. ft. on concrete/masonry. For use on hard and soft woods, pressurized lumber, Brazilian hardwoods, and withstands harsh environments near open water.
