Hood Cleaner is a free rinsing caustic formula designed to clean and degrease tough greases and fats in commercial kitchens. It will remove carbon stain, grease, oil, tar, and burnt deposits from most commercial kitchen surfaces. Hood Cleaner has been found to be highly effective at removing stains in Chinese restaurants. Hood Cleaner will work best in hot water, can be pre-sprayed for the toughest applications, and will rinse free at any temperature.
