State-of-the-art, waterborne product developed to seal properly cleaned mildew surfaces prior to a paint topcoat eliminating "bleed-through" problems related to improperly cleaned mold and mildew surfaces. Applies "milky" for ease of application uniformity and dries clear. Excellent paint adhesion promoter.
