Description
Forms tough "skin" which shields blacktop pavements from destructive effects of water, frost and chemicals salts. Seals and preserves as it provides protective surface that resists traffic wear. Prevents erosion of asphalt binder, and pavement's disintegration. Periodic application extends pavement life. Do not use on concrete, flagstone, brick or clay surfaces.
