General purpose, medium-dry grade thinner for use in thinning stains, as well as clear and pigmented nitrocellulose lacquers. Thinning will improve flow and extend dry time. Excellent for cleaning brushes, rollers and spray equipment. Do not use to thin automotive lacquers. Ultra low VOC, biodegradable and containing no Hazardous Air Pollutants, this professional grade product is also safer choice for environment. Has been granted Clean Air Solvent (CAS) Certificate by the South Coast Air Quality Management District Laboratory. Compliant with AQMD Rules 1143 and 1171.
