This is a water based paint that covers up and restores stained ceiling tiles to look brand new again. For use on textured and acoustical ceiling tiles. It is fast drying, sprays upright, and will not warp or sag tiles. For easiest application on high ceilings, use Seymour’s Spray Wand #Z-606 that is 33 inches long
