Its same-day rain-ready formula is resistant to shrinking, cracking, freezing, and sunlight, so it’s ideal for interior and exterior applications. This sealant is formulated to resist stain-causing mold and mildew growth, and it comes with a seven-year mold-free product protection. All Purpose Silicone 1 sealant may be used on windows, doors, siding, trim, molding, baseboards, and vents, and in basements, attics, and around wires and pipes. All Purpose Silicone 1 Window and Door Sealant may be used on most common building materials including certain metals and woods, many plastics, aluminum, natural stone and masonry materials, cement board, glass, porcelain, ceramic tile, drywall, plaster, vinyl siding, PVC, fiberglass, and painted surfaces.
