Description : A water based Neoprene (chloroprene) rubber liquid dispersion polymer mixed with consistent vulcanized rubber texturing chips. Dries to a uniform 30 mil textured rubber layer. Features : Step 2 – Liquid deck coating that is trowel applied with SPANTEX ROLL-TEX Applicator leaving behind a consistent flexible, tear resistance base coat when dried. It has excellent adhesion properties to plywood, wood, metal flashing’s and drip caps when used in conjunction with Step 1 Prime-it. Low VOC, environmentally friendly. Uses : Applied as the Texture Coat for the SPANTEX coating system over the Step 1 Prime-it.
